The Southern Marin Mothers’ Club publishes a newsletter ten times annually (Jan/Dec and July/August are double issues). The newsletter averages 32 pages and is one of the most beloved benefits of club membership.

SMMC welcomes articles from members, as well as other community members. The goal is to provide a variety of articles in each issue that are well-written, informative and entertaining. See our content guidelines for further details.

Typical content includes:

• Updates on club activities and announcements regarding upcoming social and educational events
• Summaries of SMMC education seminars
• Spotlights on local charities
• Articles covering issues pertaining to families with young children—health, parenting, preschool, career, finance, legal issues, travel, potty training, etc.
• Topics relevant to living in Marin (i.e., disaster preparedness, real-estate)
• Fun activities for families and kids—recipes and arts & crafts ideas
