About the Privacy Policy
Southern Marin Mothers’ Club (which is referred to in this Policy as “SMMC” or “we” or “us”) takes your privacy and security seriously. The purpose of this privacy statement is to let you know more about what personal information we gather, how we use that information and how and what information we may disclose.

The following are highlights from the SMMC Privacy Policy. Please refer below for a complete description of your rights and obligations.

  1. We collect your name and email address and your playgroups collect other personal information. Your group requires a minimum amount of personal information to be shared between members and group administrators, as well as a minimum amount of personal information to be shared with other group members. You will agree to both of these levels when you enroll using Big Tent.

  2. SMMC will not share (trade or sell) your personal information.
  3. Information you post on the SMMC platform for one of your groups (i.e. your comments, thoughts, ideas, recommendations, opinions) becomes public to that group. Group selected portions of your personal profile will also become public.
  4. SMMC online community is not for children under 13.
  5. All online payments are processed through PayPal, not through the SMMC site.
