Stapleton Ballet Nutcracker
The Stapleton School of the Performing Arts, under the direction of Virginia Stapleton, is proud to announce the 2019 production of Tchaikovsky’s classic, The Nutcracker. Our joyous production has lavish costumes and sets that truly engage the audience in the story of Clara and her magical Nutcracker, who takes her on a fantastic journey through the Land of Snow to the Palace of the Sugar Plum Fairy, encountering many captivating characters along the way. The show runs about 90 minutes and features over two hundred local dancers and guest artists in a professional, high-quality production. During intermission, Virginia Stapleton does a brief educational presentation and gets the children up on their toes to shake their wiggles out.
