Yoga for your Core is open to all women but not recommended for pregnancy. Join Pomegranate Center and begin with visualization and exercises to connect with your deepest core muscles and will move into a challenging flow after the core is activated. Learn proper alignment, build strength, and encourage flexibility while releasing mental stress and bodily tension! Postpartum women should wait 4 weeks after birth (6 weeks after caesarean) to attend this class.
